Massive drop in turnover
To understand the impact of implementing HighMatch, data from 184 employees was analyzed and interviews with management were conducted. Metrics collected included hire/termination data as well as qualitative performance data.
The results were clear. After implementing HighMatch, turnover was 63.6% lower than turnover before HighMatch was implemented. An analysis of qualitative data was also clear. After HighMatch, employees were consistently described as more mature, professional, and dependable.
