  • Operations Management: This test measures the knowledge of planning, product design and development, quality management and supply chain management
  • Project Management Fundamentals: This test assesses the skill level of a Project Manager. Questions are oriented toward generic project management. The test includes questions of advanced level such as a Project Management Professional (PMP), an intermediate level such as a person with some PMP training, as well as basic level questions. The areas covered by the test are startup, scope planning, schedule planning, budget planning, staffing and HR, project execution, and leadership

Certain skills are foundational to specific discipline, in that someone applying for a role needs to have some level of expertise in these skills as a baseline to even be considered qualified as a candidate. In marketing roles, these foundational skills include:

  • Analytical Skills: This test evaluates the cognitive skills that are traditionally considered analytical. Such skills include determining the next in a sequence, identifying differences, drawing comparisons, visualizing written cues, as well as delineating between linear relations
  • Basic Computer Literacy: This simulation measures knowledge of general computer terminology, processes, and applications and the ability to perform certain operations. This simulation consists of both multiple choice and simulation-based questions, and includes the following topics: Application Software, Computer Terms, Internet and Email, Managing Files, Operating System, and Parts of the Computer
  • Basic Office Skills: This test measures basic math and verbal skills. Topics include Basic Math (adding numbers, subtracting fractions), Business Math (business related word problems), Filing Skills (recognizing alphabetical order), Grammar, and Spelling
  • Business Etiquette: This test assesses the manners and behaviors required in the workplace. Topics covered include Client Etiquette, Effective Communication, Professional Appearance, Social Communication, Phone Etiquette, Office Ethics, and Professional Correspondence. It’s appropriate for any applicant, from entry level to executive level, that is required to know appropriate business behaviors
  • Office Grammar and Spelling: This test measures a person’s knowledge of spelling, sentence structure, punctuation, and word usage. This test is designed for people who need verbal and written skills in order to perform a job successfully.
  • Microsoft ExcelFast, mobile assessment that tests a candidate’s knowledge of the domains measured by the Microsoft MO-200 Excel 365/2019 Certification
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Fast, mobile test that tests a candidate’s knowledge of the domains measured by the Microsoft MO-300 Powerpoint 365/2019 Certification
  • Microsoft WordFast, mobile test that tests a candidate’s knowledge of the domains measured by the Microsoft MO-100 Word 365/2019 Certification
