Medical & Surgical Hospitals

  • HIPAA Administration:  this test measures knowledge of how HIPPA laws apply in a hospital or medical office setting, and how best to ensure compliance
  • Medical Assistant – Basic: This test is designed for a person who works in a doctor’s office or is a medical assistant. The test assesses basic knowledge of phone skills, universal precautions, taking of vital signs, infection control, patient information, and HIPAA understanding.
  • Medical Assistant – Advanced: This test is meant for test takers that have a higher understanding of medical issues and procedures. The test includes such topics as HIPAA regulations, clinical procedures, medical records, infection control, and pharmacology.Medical Terminology (General): this test consists of questions designed to measure knowledge of general medical terms and vocabulary
  • Medical Records Coding: test is based on the CPT Standard Edition code book and covers some of the basic parameters of CPT coding, both in a doctor’s office environment and hospital setting
  • Nursing (OR): this test is aimed at assessing the skill level of preoperative nurses in the duties of patient care and working in an OR medical environment
  • Nursing Assistant (CNA): This test assesses the skill level of CNAs, certified nursing assistants, in the day-to-day duties of patient care and working in a medical environment. Topics include HIPAA regulations, clinical procedures, infection control, job safety, and patient’s rights
  • Physical Therapy: this assessment measures the test taker’s ability with the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of disease and disability through physical means
  • Radiologic Technologist: this assessment tests for knowledge, experience and skills in the areas of patient care and management, equipment operation, radiographic procedures, and more
  • Registered Nurse (RN): This test is designed to assess a person’s knowledge of diverse fields of nursing. Topics include maternity, psychiatric, pharmacology, pediatrics, and generic medicine

Physicians Offices

  • Medical Receptionist Skills: this test is designed to assess the knowledge of test takers concerning general medical terminology, insurance types, and patient management

  • Office Grammar and Spelling: This test measures a person’s knowledge of spelling, sentence structure, punctuation, and word usage. This test is designed for people who need verbal and written skills in order to perform a job successfully
