How Berke Measures It

Berke measures a candidate’s innate traits and abilities using a battery of questions validated by over 500 criterion-related validation studies.

Berke scores candidates across a series of target ranges for each of the 11 traits we measure, with weighting applied to those traits deemed most important based on the specific needs of someone in the target role.

Our skills tests are a series of questions created by content writers with decades of experience that assess a candidate’s ability to perform or understand a duty or technology.

Berke’s pre-employment assessment measures a mix of personality traits, which describe the way people relate to and interact with others and the world around them, along with problem solving abilities, which describe a person’s natural abilities and influence what tasks come easiest.
