FAQ: My Candidate Never Received the Invitation From Compass. What Do I Do?

If your candidate has notified you that the assessment was not received, first ask the candidate to check their Spam folder. If the assessment is still not found, follow the instructions below to resend the assessment, or use the invitation link to send directly via email. 

  1. Navigate to the ‘Participants’ tab
  2. Find the candidate’s name, and select the candidate record
  3. On the right hand side of the page, select the ‘Invite Again’ button

  1. Once the pop-up appears, select the pink ‘Invite’ button to resend the invite, or copy the link shown at the bottom, paste it into an email, and send to the candidate
