FAQ: My Participant Never Received the Invitation from HighMatch. What Should I Do?

If your participant has notified you that they did not receive an assessment invitation, ask the participant to check their Spam folder for the email.

If the assessment is still not found, please follow the instructions below on how to resend the assessment invitation.

  1. Login to your HighMatch account.
  2. Select the Participants tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
  1. Select the existing participant’s name to whom you wish to resend the invite.
  1. Click Invite Again next to the requested assessment.
  1. Once the pop-up appears, you can:
  1. Select which method you’d like to resend the invite, email, text or both, then click Invite to resend the invite.
    • Note: The text invite option won’t be available if a phone number wasn’t given when the participant was originally invited. See Editing a Participant’s Information to learn how to add a participant’s phone number.
  1. The link to the assessment is available for you to copy and paste by highlighting the link or clicking the Copy Link button at the bottom right of the pop-up, therefore, allowing you to paste it into an email if you prefer to manually send the link.
