This integration user guide will help you quickly and easily send candidates a HighMatch assessment invitation and receive those results in Jobvite
Summary of the Integration Flow
- The integration is triggered manually by a recruiter or hiring manager.
- The candidate will complete the assessment via the invitation email they received, which will be sent when a candidate is moved into the assessment step by a recruiter or hiring manager.
- HighMatch will update the assessment status in Jobvite when the assessment is in progress, completed, or an error occurs.
- When the candidate has completed the assessment, HighMatch will post the results and a link to a detailed HighMatch assessment report on the candidate’s profile.
Process Details
Step 1: Initiate the Assessment & Review the Assessment Results
To send an assessment to a candidate, start by:
- Adding a Jobvite candidate with an email address
- Create or find an existing Job in Jobvite.
- Add the HighMatch requisition custom field to the requisition’s settings, and select the assessment you wish to use.
- Add the candidate to the job.
- Move the candidate to the “Initiate Assessment” step to send the assessment.
- Once a candidate has begun the assessment, the assessment’s status will update to “In-Progress.”
- Once completed, the assessment’s report URL will be posted under the “Order Report URL” field > click the report’s URL > review results.
