HighMatch Multilingual Assessments are a feature that allows organizations to deliver the entire assessment experience in more than 30 languages. This feature is designed to create a more inclusive participant experience and remove language as a barrier.
The Purpose of Multilingual Assessments
Language often becomes an unintended obstacle in the hiring process. Participants may possess the necessary skills and potential to succeed, but struggle to demonstrate them when assessments are presented in a language they are not fully comfortable with. By removing this barrier, HighMatch helps organizations evaluate participants based on the qualities that predict success in the role.
How the Experience Works
The process is designed to be simple and fully immersive for the participant:
- Language Selection: When participants launch an assessment, they are presented with a menu to select their preferred language.
- Full Immersion: Once a language is selected, the entire experience, including instructions, assessment questions, support, and completion screens, is presented in that language.
- Job Preview Integration: If an organization uses Realistic Job Previews, participants can also access translated closed captions to experience job content in their preferred language.
Organizational Benefits
This capability supports organizations hiring across diverse local communities and global markets. It is particularly beneficial for industries that rely on multilingual workforces, such as retail, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare.
By enabling participants to use their preferred language, organizations can maintain a consistent hiring process across different countries while improving completion rates and participant satisfaction. Currently, HighMatch supports more than 30 languages across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
