A comprehensive guide to static links covering what they are, their benefits, and how to request one.
What are Static Links?
A static link represents a single unique link created for one assessment. The company’s hiring team can send out that single link to multiple prospective participants at a time for a more efficient assessment process. Clicking on it prompts participants to self-register before they can complete the assessment.
What are the Benefits of Static Links?
Instead of the hiring team inviting participants individually to complete an assessment, they can send a single static link to participants. This method eliminates the need for individual invitations and the entering of personal information by the hiring team. Which ultimately offers a more efficient and streamlined hiring process.
Note: Every role/assessment has a unique static link, and each hiring manager needs their own static link per assessment.
How can I request a Static Link?
Please reach out to your assigned Client Success Manager at success@highmatch.com for assistance in obtaining a static link for an assessment. Your Client Success Manager will request the following information from you to proceed.
- What is the name and email of the hiring manager sending out the assessment?
- Does the hiring manager want to receive the assessment report once participants have completed the assessment via email?
- If you want the assessment URL link personalized, what would you like it to say?
