Personalizing the Participant’s Experience

HighMatch provides a variety of personalization options that allow companies to tailor the experience for their participants. This includes customizing pages within the assessments, as well as email and text invitations to align with their brand identity. Options include modifying wording and incorporating a company logo for a cohesive branding experience.

Assessment Pages

During the assessment process, participants encounter a welcome page upon beginning an assessment, review and transition pages between different assessments, and a completion page.

We can accommodate most personalization requests, including the wording and adding company logos to the assessment pages.

Email and Text Invitations

When a participant is invited to complete an assessment, companies have the opportunity to send the invitation via email, text message, or both.
