  • Microsoft Word: Fast, mobile test that tests a candidate’s knowledge of the domains measured by the Microsoft MO-100 Word 365/2019 Certification
  • Office Grammar and Spelling: This test measures a person’s knowledge of spelling, sentence structure, punctuation, and word usage.
  • Office Math: This test measures a person’s ability to complete basic arithmetic and business word problems. 
  • Typing: This test is designed to measure the speed and accuracy of a person’s typing
  • Office Phone Etiquette: This test measures general use of the phone for most organizations. The focus of this assessment is on evaluating a person’s communication skills along with their ability to recognize proper phone etiquette and the best way to handle calls
