The test covers basic terminology as well as scenarios in which knowledge of court proceedings, preparation of legal documents, effective modes of research, legal writing and ethics are encountered and assessed
  • Legal Abbreviations: This test requires the correct identification of abbreviations in relation to words common to the legal industry. Acronyms are also addressed herein. This test is appropriate to administer to those who work in the legal profession in any capacity
  • Legal Assistant: This test is designed to assess a person’s general knowledge of law practices
  • Legal Staff Skills: This test is geared towards those working in the litigation field as legal assistants or legal secretaries. The test covers basic responsibilities as well as knowledge of basic elements of the legal system. Topics include legal knowledge, legal writing, software utilized, general legal office skills, and legal staff structure
  • Legal Vocabulary: This test covers a variety of topics such as criminal law, personal injury terminology, general litigation, and wills and estates. Test takers are asked to determine the proper word or words that fit different scenarios and situations. This test is appropriate to administer to those working within the legal industry and have a general understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Paralegal: This test is designed to assess a test taker’s understanding of knowledge of the functions of a paralegal

  • Office Phone Etiquette: This test is designed to measure a test taker’s general use of the phone
  • Reading Comprehension: This test examines a person’s ability to draw important information from written material. The material covered includes passages on an environmental cause, a medical procedure, stock market charts, legal regulations, corporate trends, science, and historical architecture.
  • Typing: This test measures the speed and accuracy of a person’s typing. The test presents the user with a passage which he/she must type as accurately and quickly as possible.
